Terms of Operation

Effective Date: March 2026

1. Intellectual Property

All source code, proprietary algorithms, and glassmorphism designs produced by Akash Ahirwar remain the intellectual property of AA Smart Services unless a full IP buyout is explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Permitted Use

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered software for the intended business purposes specified in the project brief.

3. Algorithmic Liability

Outputs generated by our financial engines are mathematical estimates. Smart Services is not liable for financial losses or real-world construction failures resulting from the use of these tools.
