Due to the irreversible nature of custom source-code delivery and professional architectural labor, Smart Services does not offer refunds once the "Abstract Logic Mapping" phase has been completed.
If a critical logic error is found in the delivered code that deviates from the approved project brief, we will provide technical remediation within 7 business days. If the fault cannot be fixed, a partial refund via Stripe will be evaluated.
Project milestones can be cancelled before work begins on that specific phase. Cancelled phases will not be billed.
