Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services to adapt to search engine algorithm updates or operational requirements.
By subscribing to a plan, you agree to our financial terms:
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure, 100% compliant, PCI-DSS certified third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or Razorpay). We utilize end-to-end tokenization; your raw card details are never stored on our servers.
Recurring Billing: Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle based on the date of your initial purchase.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, you must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Refunds: Due to the manual labor, outreach costs, and direct engineering hours required to launch and maintain SEO campaigns, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has been processed.

Provide timely, accurate data, website access, or necessary credentials as requested by our team.
Disclose any prior SEO work, penalties, or private blog networks (PBNs) previously applied to your domain.
Maintain ownership or authorized control over the URLs submitted to our platform. Smart Services is not liable for issues arising from unverified third-party domains.
While we apply rigorous, data-backed optimization techniques, you explicitly acknowledge and understand the following:
No Ranking Guarantees: Search engine algorithms are proprietary, dynamic, and constantly changing. Smart Services makes no explicit or implied guarantee of specific ranking positions, traffic volume numbers, or overnight revenue increases.
Timelines: SEO is a long-term investment. Measurable indexation updates and organic authority growth typically require 90 to 120 days to manifest in competitive markets.
Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for sudden drops in traffic or ranking penalties resulting from global core algorithm rollouts or manual search engine actions.
Our Material: All copy, frameworks, structural layouts, images, and tools found on the Smart Services website are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Your Deliverables: Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, you retain ownership of all customized keyword matrices, technical audit spreadsheets, and content copies generated specifically for your business during the campaign.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Services, its owners, and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or sudden ranking fluctuations arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the preceding 3-month period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and halt active campaigns immediately, without prior notice, if:
You fail to clear scheduled invoice payments on time.
You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or malicious behavior targeting our platform or team members.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts holding jurisdiction over our digital agency’s primary operational location.
